If you're experiencing controller issues, the input profile may be incorrect or not set up.
Here’s how to address it:
1. Check for a pink dot: If your controller isn't detected, a pink dot will appear in the center of the display. Use your head to move it to any button. To activate auto-click on a button, simply hold the dot on it for a few seconds. You can use this method to navigate within the app without controllers.
2. Navigate and set up: Use auto-click to go to Settings > Input > Run Configuration.
3. Choose your controller: The System Configuration Wizard will appear, allowing you to select your controller type.
Following these steps should help resolve controller issues. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
