The 3d setting is buggy and by default turned on.
It doesn't seem to be able to disable by default either.
What issue it causes:
On mq3
Go to playavr watch Chernobyl video.
Close your right eye: press trigger button to make pause MENY visible
You will notice that the right eye (left eye closed) will change
On most videos on other platforms, it will even change angle (when flicking between pause MENY and full view)
On chernobyl video it will change lightening and vibrance settings.
On other videos it even changes angle like I said.
And 3d is on by default.
If you watch the gdansk video and do the same thing.
The right eye will not change any settings when flicking between menu and full view
Then it's normal. Probably because that video does not support 3d settings.
On other VR videos on platforms, this feature changes all content to become squewed and distorted
I just now figured out that it was the 3D setting doing it
So I'd you are having issues with the lenses being mismatched
It's the 3D setting causing it.
It just looks way better without 3D turned on.
No misalignment
No difference I color balance between lenses.
You should have the 3d setting disabled by default. Not the other way around.
(Pardon if it's me who've somehow enabled it by default, but I don't think it's so.)
Good evening and wish you have a nice weekend!

Hi! What you’re describing is normal app behavior. When the video is paused, mono mode activates, so you only see “one eye.”
