I open the program through Steam but it only shows a black screen and I can't do anything. I completely uninstall it and reinstall it but it's still the same. What else could I do? Does anyone know? How could I completely reset the settings?

Hi! Could you please provide a bit more detail: does the app fail to launch and show a black screen, or is it unable to open a local folder?
