Good evening, I wanted to ask you if there is any way I can reset the application because it cannot load. When I open it, I always get a black screen. Even if I uninstall and then reinstall it, it still does the same thing with the black screen, I am running it in a windows environment. What could I do? thanks

Hi! Could you please provide a bit more detail: does the app fail to launch and show a black screen, or is it unable to open a local folder?
