Incorrect mail or password

Hi folks, sorry for mu english.

I have a problem, i can't log in in a site i have subscription for.

I enter the right email and password but the app keep saying one of the two Is incorrect.

I suspect its because i change password after renew subscription (didn't remeber the old ones).

I already tried to re-install the app and clear the cache, nothing works.

Any idea?
