I have used this app in conjunction with vr**** .com for years. I have experienced a serious issue with this app a multitude of times.
During an update with the app. You will have to log back in only to find that you history, favorites and playlists completely gone. Wiped.
This same thing has happened when the device dies while in use.
This doesn't make sense. Why does the app use a local directory and local data when streaming from a website/server?
Imagine using a computer that factory resets when the batter runs out during use.......... That's what is happening. I had make note of this with vr**** years ago and still not fixed.....

This happened too me as well i had 10 plus pages in the favorites and in watch later. I get on today and litterally everything i had on the app was completely wiped. This is beyond horsesh*t and "Oh sorry our API switched to version 2" is nowhere near a good enough response. This needs fixed.
Hey! Sorry about that — it looks like the site using our API switched to version 2, which caused all your content to disappear.
As for everything disappearing after the headset battery runs out — just to clarify, do you mean all saved content is gone after the headset dies, or only the content you saved during your most recent session?
