I've got problems with video playback over my home local network. I used it before, with the same router and so on - it was ok. The app could successfully play videos on my oculus from a shared folder on my PC
Now only very small files can be read with very very long pauses each second.
Sometimes the app even crashes and closes when I am trying to play something. So basically this function does not work anymore for me. What did happen?
P.S. I'd like not to share my device id.
No, it's still about the same. Better check the local network
I experience long loading delays and application crashes as well on SMB shared files. DLNA doesn't work at all with Plex or Kodi on my Windows system.
Hi, thank you for your message.
To understand where the issue is and how we could solve it we will need your Device ID.
It will give us only technical information, not a personal one. If you had a bug - the system would tell us about it.
If you still don't want to share the Device ID with us - I would suggest you wait for our new version, which will be released very soon (hopefully early next week)
After the new version is released, you could double-check if the problem still exists.
You can also share your Device ID with us in private with our support team at anastasia@playavr.com
