Network speed is so slow

Hello team

i have quest 3 , first network is so slow i have 2 gb internet still playa shows only goes to 30 to 50 mbps speed i am sitting next to the router and 8k videos takes all day to load and play . secondly, 8k videos in SBS mode are so blur when the player setting is ON the video seem to be clear but when click to remove the video goes to bluer i also tried MONO mode the video is clear but its 2 screens so there is point of using that.
