White background in videos flickering after Oculus Quest update

Hi,

After the Meta Quest build 74.0 update for my Oculus Quest 2 I have been having this severe distortion in videos within the Playa app. Any video with a white background, if I am focusing on the middle of the screen, will flicker. It flickers as if the refresh rate is not synced with the frames, and it is actually painful for my eyes and gives me a headache.

Is there a fix for this? I have the Playa VR app fully updated.
