Yeaterday I updated to the latest version of the player (on vision pro) and now whenever I try to open the app it stays on the “connecting…preparing for synchronization” screen. The dial continues to move in circles but it never is able to exit this screen. If i click cancel it doesn’t work , so have to force quit and restart the app. Help please!

I’m happy to help, but I don’t know what you mean by “device ID”
Like my PC? Is there a unique ID on my copy of the software? Did you need to know that I use Vive Cosmos?
