I'm having a small usability issue when looping through videos in a folder: each time a video finishes and the next one automatically plays, the UI appears for about 8 seconds ... is there any way to stop the UI from appearing?
If I'm letting Playa loop through a folder of short 3D videos (like < 10 seconds) it's particular bad since only 2 secs of that 10 sec video will be shown in 3D and without the UI being displayed.
I've tried changing a few settings like disabling auto-load format and auto-resume to see if I could prevent the UI from showing, but no luck. Turning passthrough on/off has no effect. Having the videos on device or accessed through SMB still results in the same behavior. I even tried a work-around by joining together videos into a single file and that worked great for 2D but not 3D since the scaling and position of them need to be customized.
So I'm wondering if there's some way I can get Playa to just load the next video and play it without showing anything at all, just a black screen or maybe the "Playa" logo if the load is taking > 4 seconds (no need to show anything if it loads within a reasonable amount of time since it's so immersion breaking). Any suggestions?
