I had to restore my Windows to an earlier backup and HEVC for MediaFoundation is not installed. When I click on "get it" in Play'a I get an error popup. Microsoft Store is not launched.

I see my router under Devices but when I click on it I just get a spinning wheel then a Network Error - Timeout message on https://testmyspeed.onl/.
